A graduate in Law, Paola is a highly successful serial startupper. Starting in 2010, she worked for two years at Best Union as a Senior Manager with

strategic responsibilities.She founded BrandOn Group in 2012; in addition to her position as Operating Chairwoman, she also focuses on strategy and sales.

Since 2019 Paola has also been a Senior Partner of Consorzio Netcomm, where she designed the Marketplace Lab project.

Fabrizio graduated in Computer Science and Engineering at Milan Polytechnic and has more than 15 years’ experience in software engineering;

this includes roles as founder of software development companies and Technical Project Manager at Buongiorno.

He has overseen the design and development of the BrandOn Group technology platform from the outset and is responsible for architecture, infrastructure and management of the development team.

This team’s aim is to guarantee financial stability and compliance with the laws in force while operating accurately and dependably.


Guarantees the company’s correct strategic positioning and competitive edge, conveying a coordinated, consistent image of ethical business conduct. Manages all activities concerning brand image and external communication.


Coordinates clients’ advertising campaigns on online marketplaces, assessing their effectiveness by means of constant monitoring.

Studies and implements cutting-edge technology in support of our internal systems so as to guarantee maximum efficiency.

People / Customer service

This team’s objective is to provide constant support for the end consumer and deal with any issues concerning orders.


Manages all the logistical steps from receipt of the product to shipment and through to the check of the relevant KPIs.


Handles SEO of product pages, using specific keywords, attributes and metadata, and optimizing the online catalogue for each marketplace and each language.

First Italian fashion and design distributor

Founded by Paola Marzario in 2012 under the name Brandon Ferrari, we market ourselves as the first Italian digital distributor of domestic brands.

With a focus on fashion and design, we position and manage our clients’ sales on websites of “Flash Sales” like Privalia and Showroom Privé.

Right from the outset, many independent investors place their trust in our company’s potential, resulting in an initial round of investment with Dpixel and Business Angels. Byl 2013 we’re already over 500 sales campaigns.

Complete integration of suppliers and distributors

In 2014 we carry out integration upstream with the suppliers’ warehouses and downstream with the distribution platforms.

In 2015 with the second round of investment, we extend our range of market outlets,from platforms of off-price retailers to the bigger, more established online marketplaces.
This is a growth opportunity both for the company and for our clients, which results in management of online sales channelled towards and via global marketplaces like Amazon and Ebay.

Online sales on global marketplaces

In 2016, under the new name BrandOn Group we attract new strategic investors – Buy Vip, NH management and Banca Sella – in support of growth of the main international marketplaces, first and foremost Amazon.

Also in 2016 we open our first Vendor and Seller accounts on Amazon, becoming an Innovative SME by the end of the year.

In September 2017 we open the first five Pan-European Amazon accounts, ending the year with urnover of €4.9 million.

Investments and new technological platform

In 2018 we launch the new proprietary technology platform, enabling the integrated management of Amazon orders.
New investors – Primomiglio S.G.R. and CDP Venture, – enter our portfolio with the aim of developing a strategy focusing on technological innovation, internationalization and diversification of services and sales channels.

We end 2018 with turnover of €9.4 million, a year-on-year increase of 95%

In 2019 we acquire Cosmesi Italia, a vertical portal and seller active on many international marketplaces, and focusing on Beauty & Cosmetics products.

Thanks to organic growth on all sales channels and for all product categories handled, our urnover increases by another 125% and amounts to €20.8 million.

Expansion and consolidation

Enhancement of services and channels

2020 sees the launch of a Value-Added Services portfolio so as to maximize sales in accordance with the digital strategy specifically designed for the client.
In March 2020 in less than three weeks we design and launch a new business channel, eProcurement, to meet the demands of large national enterprises (including Eni, Saipem, Terna, and Ferrovie dello Stato[Italian State Railways]) faced with the urgent need to supply products in response to the COVID-19 emergency. 

In September and October 2020 we attract a new round of investment with CDP Venture Capital – Fondo II and Credem Private Equity, with the aim of funding our organic growth and international acquisitions.

Boosting of B2C sales

In 2022, the acquisition of the French company ASD enables us to consolidate our positioning and B2C expertise, increase our presence and coverage in European marketplaces, and double revenue by triggering important industrial synergies between marketplaces, suppliers and products.

With four head offices in Europe – two in Italy and two in France – , and thanks to the range of our services, today we’re a key player across Europe. We end the year having almost doubled turnover.
